For many people throughout America today it is a record breaking snow day. Some of you have lost power and are just trying to stay warm. Due to this todays live Group Coaching Call will be cancelled. I will see you back here next Monday.
Take care and stay warm,
Worldwide, 50 million people are living with Alzheimer's and other dementias.
Now with everything going on in the world we need to look after the people that are looking after Alzheimer victims. Do what you can; call, text, drop of goodies and let them know you are thinking of them. Be a helping hand in the chaos.
What is Spiritual Reiki?
All Reiki can be used to open your spiritual gifts, but Spiritual Reiki goes further.
Spiritual Reiki can speed up your journey as it opens up higher chakras, balances the energy body and creates a deep, inner peace. Spiritual Reiki activates energies that will help both practitioner and client shift into a clearer, more sensitive state of being.
Spiritual Reiki also assists the practitioner by clearing stuck, dense energy that could be blocking your connection to higher realms and spiritual experiences. Once these blocks are removed, you will see, hear, know and experience more with ease. Self-doubt evaporates as your connection to Spirit strengthens and you become more aware of your own potential for healing and supporting others.
Spiritual Reiki is intended for Reiki practitioners who wish to go deeper into their healing journey, and for clients that want to jump start their own inner journey as they build a deeper connection to the spiritual world,

One day, all of this will change again.
I hope in the meantime, we are able to re-connect with the pieces of ourselves that often get lost in the day-to-day rush.
Those are the pieces that are passionate, complicated and fragile. The pieces that need extra TLC but we often suppress or ignore. Today, make it a point to do something kind for yourself. Give yourself more time, more support and more love.
Piece by piece we heal.
Be Afraid and Do It Anyway ~✨
Everything you want is on the other side of FEAR~ Trust me when I started I was afraid of what people might think or even what they may say. I would let it tear me down and hold me back every time. But then one day I decided what others think of me doesn’t matter. Because I’m not doing this for them! At the end of the day, what does some stranger across the country (or the world) matter? What they think about me does not define me.
I don’t let the fear of how other see me stand in the way of my goals! I've learned the hard way nothing good ever comes from hiding out in your comfort zone; so I got comfortable with being uncomfortable! Once I got out of my own way amazing things started to happen and I started to reach some of those goals! Imagine how your life would change if you pushed through fear and did it anyway?
If you are ready to stop letting fear define you then dm and let's go to work!
Did you know I have been super busy creating video for the Serenity Reiki Clinic? Yes, so much so it's been YEARS since I updated my own channel. (Sad, right?) But its's okay I love creating astrology, Reiki and other fun videos on the clinic site and do manage to sneak in a small amount of coaching, health and wellness support into the videos.
"My zone of genius is around mentoring, guiding and coaching inspired, creative, conscious and spiritual entrepreneurs and individuals to connect with their deepest desires and values so they can rise with grace. I believe in treating the "whole person" and with simple energetic shifts they can reach their highest potential and serve from a place of inner peace and fulfillment."
