Today I want to share with you a small, but powerful collection of affirmations for healing the important Sacral Chakra. I use these powerful affirmations regularly with clients for self confidence boosting and self care issues.
Did you know that this chakra is also key to jump starting creativity and business success? So much of what is holding you back is stuck in this energy center. Making time to incorporate these positive affirmations into your daily routine can really impact how you feel about yourself and set the tone for personal interactions.
When working with affirmations, be sure to state your affirmations in the positive tense, as in "I take the time to prepare healthy dinners."
