Often when working with clients I recommend journaling and other introspective work. This process is easier, (and therefore more effective), if you have an easy format and prompts to follow. That's how this newest book was born.
The Best Life planner works with the Bliss Coaching system or as a standalone product. Anyone can benefit from daily journaling and becoming more mindful of all the "good" in their lives. The planner is over 340 pages, with room to write your daily thoughts or appointments as well as designated space to write daily with mindful prompts. By taking the time to focus on the good in your life, you are shifting your thinking and can easily move back into a state of balance and harmony.
