Healing isn't something you can schedule It comes in its own time and its own way, the best we can do is be open to the process. Some days will be great, others not so much and this is natural. Do what you need to do: journal, cry, meditate, go for a walk, practice yoga, or take a nap. Find someone to talk to. Be real and be honest with yourself. Up the water and try to eat better. Be present and show yourself compassion. Allow yourself time and be gentler to yourself. Whatever you do, remember that this is a process, and it will get easier.
