When we are in the middle of drama, crisis and confusion it seems like nothing is every going to work out or change. Life can seem full of pain and chaos.
Sometimes the best action is to step back and breathe. Stop worrying about the future, beating yourself up over the past and replaying scenarios that will never happen. Make the effort to become mindful and centered in "what is" or the present moment.
By engaging in simple breathing techniques and meditation you can free up heavy energy that may be dragging you down. This heavy, stuck energy can make you feel confused and hopeless. But it can be cleared and the body can be renewed.
By becoming more mindful, we move into a state of awareness where we understand what the body already knows; that everything happens for a reason. The body knows we can stop engaging with destructive behaviors or unpleasant people anytime we wish. We must realize this on a conscious level. It may seem difficult, but as you rise above the confusion and chaos and learn to live in the moment, you will know that everything happens for a reason and this too shall pass.
