It’s Monday again, and half a year seems to have slipped by in a flash… In America, it's the 4th of July holiday (Independence Day), and most folks are celebrating. But it's also a great time to think about how far you have come and what you want to accomplish in the next six months. If that seems overwhelming, then know you don't have to accomplish everything this week. The all-important first step is to get clear on what you want and then break it down into small, easy-to-accomplish steps you can take action on over the next six months. Some simple mindset shifts can give us the clarity and the push we need to get moving. For example, start your week in celebration of everything you have achieved - no matter how small… I'm a firm believer in celebrating every win and then taking that magic energy and dreaming BIG. Where do you want to be in January? How do you want to feel? What would make your life more fulfilling and happier? For the next few weeks, I will be sharing tips and ideas you can use to manifest your dream life + I have some surprises! In the meantime, pull out your journal and tackle the subject of personal freedom today. These prompts will give you insight and clarity towards building your best life.
Start the week with these journaling prompts:
