We are all busy. Then you add in the holiday season and most of us go into OVERLOAD mode. But now its even more important to take some time out and take care of ourselves. Stress can manifest into all kinds of mental and physical problems, from loss of concentration to headaches and worse.
It's very important to schedule time for self care all the time, but especially during the stressful holidays season. Below are a few simple things you can incorporate into your routine to take care of yourself and combat stress.
Make time to take care of yourself. It has to become a priority. You will feel better, be more efficient and better able to enjoy the holidays.
