Do you have experience with sarcastic people?
A new Mini Master Class is up on my Youtube channel, have you seen it yet? In this video I'm helping you understand Sarcasm - what it is, why it isn't funny and what to do when you find yourself on the receiving end.
Sarcasm is the lowest form of communication and can be very cruel and hurtful. Have you experienced it and been unsure of how to handle or what to do to stop it? If so, I think this Mini Master Class will benefit you. It's a quick watch at just under 10 minutes, and I have included tips that have helped my clients handle these situations. I know it will help you understand and better handle sarcasm in your life, too.
Look for the next video in this series up next week on How to Stop Being Sarcastic - Yes, it is possible to stop being sarcastic and sort the reasons for your behavior. If you are sarcastic, I would advise you to watch both videos to understand how your words are affecting other people.
Let me know what you think of the video and the tips that I shared. Leave a comment here or on the Youtube channel. Also do you have a video/mini master class topic request? I do these classes for YOU, so your opinion is very important to me.
If you wish to discuss this topic in more detail, please feel free to email me or schedule a FREE 30 minute introductory call and let's work on this together. Your journey of self discovery and self healing can start right now!
