Hello Friends,
I hope you are well. Spring is finally here, (at least according to the calendar) and hopefully you were able to get a bit of rest and enjoy some time outside over the last few days. I've been fortunate enough to meet some interesting new people while traveling and add new clients. (Hence my lack of posts - that and the wildflowers are blooming and I've been frolicking about in them like the butterflies and bees). #TrueStory Stressed? It seems like more and more people are reporting feeling super stressed, disconnected, fatigued and nervous lately. Are you having these symptoms too? There are many reasons for feeling this way, but one reason may be a disconnection from nature. When was the last time you just relaxed under a tree? Enjoyed a hike or walked a nature trail? Are you spending enough time outside? Return to Nature. Your body/mind/soul may be craving time in nature. Reconnecting your energy to the earth's energy works on many levels to restore and renew us. You might benefit more than you can realize by taking a slow walk in a local park or green space. Why not plan an afternoon this week in the park? Put it on your calendar and then note how you feel afterwards. Are your stress levels down? Are you smiling again? Are you taking any time off from your tech? Another culprit could be your technology. I'm as guilty as any one of always being plugged in, but I also schedule days (actually on my calendar) to turn everything off. I plan ahead of time, get everything caught up and spend a day hiking or camping sans all tech. I usually come back to town rested and rejuvenated, clear headed and ready to put new ideas into action. Bliss Challenge: If you are feeling out of synch and over stressed, why not try a day in nature, too? No cell, no radio and no distraction? Just good, healthy snacks and plenty of time to relax. Set the day up in advance, don't try for more than a few hours or a day at a time. Allow yourself time to sit, meditate and just "be". Don't over plan your time. This is about rest and relaxing, not schedules and "to do" lists. As you slow down notice your thoughts and how your body feels. It may take time to relax, so perhaps walking or hiking would be a good way to begin. Let me know how you feel afterwards. Was it difficult to unplug or were you glad not to be chained to your phone and Facebook? Love and Light, Sarah PS: I am hearing so much positive feedback from you on the new site. Thank you all so much! This exciting journey continues, as every day more classes are added, more events are booked and more people join our healing Bliss tribe! Thank you all for lending your energy and helping to spread the word. You are why this program works! Sarah Health, wellness, success, spirtual living
