Midweek Check In

The sun is shining, and it's gorgeous outside. I'm going for a walk later this afternoon to enjoy the sunshine while I can. Hope you are somewhere safe and can take time out to enjoy your day.

We have been working away on creating new energy activations, meditations, and more for the new site. I would like to show my appreciation to you for sticking around as everything has been rather "off-kilter" lately due to all of this. I have just added a new section for pod (print on demand) offerings. I love the ability to download a file and print what I need, versus buying a book and wasting postage, shipping materials, extra print pages and all the resources that go into shipping. This new section will house journals, worksheets, trackers, and other useful files you can download and print instantly. You will own the file so you can make as many copies as you need. To celebrate this new section; I have a Tea-themed Mood Tracker I want to gift you! It's available in three sizes: A4, A5 & US Letter. Download what size you need and print them off as needed.

What can you do with it?
Print 12 copies (or more) and use this tracker all year to better understand your triggers or shrink the size to paste in your monthly journal. It's super easy to use, and I know it will be beneficial, especially if you are struggling with anxiety or depression. Once we track our emotions it becomes so much easier to find the triggers and situations that bring on these feelings.

What you can't do:
You can't resell it or publish it, but I know you wouldn't do that anyway. If you are new here you might not know, but I also own Serenity Reiki Clinic and Serenity Sunshine Press so you may see those names on some of the materials. But it's okay, they are all my creations. I want this new site to be an umbrella with all the many resources I offer in one handy place for you.

Thank you for staying with me on this new website journey. I will be back on Friday or so with an early bird special for the Spring Equinox 2022 Activation. This will be a powerful energy activation and a time to clear what is holding us back. I'm going to include a couple of cosmic code clearings for fear, and blasting the throat chakra blocks. So keep an eye out for that email.
