Hello Friends,
As we move into 2016 many people make resolutions. They will exercise every day, give up drinking, smoking, gambling, eat better, etc. These are all very good goals, but for these changes to be effective you need a plan. I invite you to go deeper and take a Bliss Challenge. I suggest besides making that needed exercise resolution you also let go of one significant concern from 2015 every few months of 2016. Take a moment to schedule your plan on the calendar now. This is a tool you can use to pace yourself and have a better chance of succeeding. Also go deeper and ask yourself: What is really holding me back? What's the first thing that enters your mind? Start with an old idea, a label, a fear or a concern of ego. Letting go and releasing out dated labels frees up space for the new, better you to take hold. Is it a false core belief you have accepted about yourself? Is it an ego concern manifested into a fear? Now is the time to shed old beliefs that are no longer necessary and simply let them go. Take advantage of the momentum of a brand new year and use this energy to start fresh. Wishing you a beautiful new year filled with love, light and many blessings, Sarah PS - If you feel you want to discuss this further, you know I would love to work with you. You can heal and move forward in 2016. Love and Light, S #NewYear #2016 #Resolutions #BlissChallenge #Release Health, wellness, success, spirtual living
