No matter what label you wear or who you identify with the message is the same: You are here to evolve, to become the best you can be and help others be free from suffering. If you feel the need to end war, stop human and animal suffering and see humanity ascend, then you know the first step. Start with yourself. Step up and do the work. Clear your own energy and learn self compassion. Heal yourself and make you're the life the message. Start with your own garbage, your own toxic core beliefs; but be gentle with yourself, and heal.
