How are things? It is the season for overeating and indulging on questionable chocolate bunnies in America. #TrueStory What's a Health Nut to do? So many people think that becoming a Vegetarian or Vegan is about abstaining and suffering. It actually could not be further from the truth, its much more about becoming conscious of what you eat and filling your life with joy, good food and healthy alternatives. (Feeling better, having more energy and making ethical decisions for the planet are just some of the added perks!) This past week I have experimented with raw vegan candy, simple meatless main dishes and raw soups. I served Vegan Nice Cream (Pictured above) to company and no one minded my chocolate was healthy. I repeat, not a single person complained that the food was healthy. There are many alternative dishes you can make, (most are super simple) that will satisfy you and your family.
