Knowing what to expect and how to take care of yourself can make the grieving process a bit easier. This worksheet will outline the stages of grief and provide tips on self-care. Stage 1: Denial
Remember, grief is a unique and personal experience. The stages outlined in this worksheet are a general guide, and everyone's experience may be different. Be patient with yourself, and remember that healing takes time. What is Spiritual Reiki?
All Reiki can be used to open your spiritual gifts, but Spiritual Reiki goes further. Spiritual Reiki can speed up your journey as it opens up higher chakras, balances the energy body and creates a deep, inner peace. Spiritual Reiki activates energies that will help both practitioner and client shift into a clearer, more sensitive state of being. Spiritual Reiki also assists the practitioner by clearing stuck, dense energy that could be blocking your connection to higher realms and spiritual experiences. Once these blocks are removed, you will see, hear, know and experience more with ease. Self-doubt evaporates as your connection to Spirit strengthens and you become more aware of your own potential for healing and supporting others. Spiritual Reiki is intended for Reiki practitioners who wish to go deeper into their healing journey, and for clients that want to jump start their own inner journey as they build a deeper connection to the spiritual world, If you would like to book a Spiritual Reiki Session Click here. Speak soon, Sarah Do you procrastinate? If the answer is ‘yes', watch for the number of times you tell yourself you “should” be doing what you can’t get motivated to do. According to Transactional Analysis (a theory prevalent in psychology circles during the 1970s) your inner parent is scolding you, which tends to cause either resistance or helplessness.
Focus instead on either promising yourself a reward or finding a way to make what you’re avoiding fun. That’s the way to free your Inner Child… and reclaim your true Adult, the one who feels confident and in control. I'm currently working on a workshop on this topic (Procrastination) if you are interested leave me a comment or sign up for the mailing list. Speak soon, Sarah Hello Lovely,

See you in Seattle, Sarah First, What NOT To Do: Some of us like to fly by the seat of our pants, thrive on spontaneity and “go with the flow,” I get it. But when you’re planning your VIP day, freeform flexibility is the kiss of death. Your VIP day has a goal, and in order to reach it, you have to stay on track. And that, of course, requires careful planning. Trust me, I love VIPS Days, but know they can easily go over on time and loose focus. Begin By Making an Appointment Schedule Every minute of your day should be planned out, from when and where you’ll be having breakfast, to the exact minute of departure. By leaving nothing to chance, you’ll eliminate the possibility of running overtime, and never have to worry about missing an important lesson or learning opportunity. In addition, your attendees will know exactly what to expect as well, so they can be prepared ahead of time and make the most of your day together. A page from any appointment calendar will work for mapping out your day. Begin with the non-negotiable:
If your VIP day is actually two or three days, then you’ll also want to include time away from the main location.
This may seem like very little time is left for actual coaching, but if you keep your VIP day focused on a single outcome, it’s more than enough to give all your attendees the attention they deserve. Publish Your Schedule Don’t forget to share your schedule with your VIPs. Having this document in hand before they arrive will help them prepare for the event. They’ll know ahead of time what questions they want to be sure to ask, what documents or other information they should bring with them, and even what to pack. Not only that, but planning your VIP day well in advance leaves no room for rabbit trails and other unproductive time. You want to be sure your attendees get great value from their day with you, so keeping everyone on track is important, and will ensure a great event! Today on "Triumph Tuesday" we discuss the perks of Group Coaching. If you are a business coach, dating coach or wellness coach you should be using Group Coaching.
Do you do “The Group Thing”? While one-on-one coaching might seem to be the holy grail of coaching, the truth is, many people actually prefer a group program. With one-on-one coaching, it’s just you and your coach. The focus is all on your progress, what you did (or did not) accomplish in the last week or month, and how you can improve. In other words, it’s a bit of a vacuum. Group coaching, on the other hand, has a much more social dynamic, and you might just find your clients, like my clients actually prefer that. With Group coaching you have a strong sense of community that’s not found when it’s just you and your coach on the phone. With a group program, there’s often a Facebook group or forum where members can support one another, gain insight, and get advice in real time from people who have been there. In other words, the group adds another layer of support. Need a shoulder to cry on when you had a setback at work? How about a few cheerleaders as you prepare to step outside your comfort zone? A group coaching program offers all that, and best of all, with a community of like-minded members, the help and support is actually, really helpful. Here’s another win for group coaching programs: the price. While it might be nice to work with that in-demand coach on a VIP day, the fact is that many people won’t be able to shell out that kind of cash. A group program gives them many of the same benefits at a fraction of the cost. #WinWin Lastly, with a group program, you’re very nearly guaranteed a successful outcome. Naturally, participants must actually do the work, but the fact is, the model is solid, and clients know that going in and the added layer of support from the group helps anchor the program and level up your success rate. Are you thinking of creating a group coaching program? Keep these points in mind. You might just find out your potential clients have been waiting for you to take this step for a long time.
