Consistency is key when it comes to achieving any goal.
One effective strategy to maintain our daily habits is by leveraging the power of consistency. Here's how it works: Imagine you've committed to a positive habit, like going for a jog every morning. The first day you miss it, perhaps due to bad weather or lack of motivation, it might feel like a minor setback. But if you let it slide for a second day in a row, something shifts. The momentum you've built toward this habit starts to weaken, making it harder to pick back up where you left off. The same principle applies to negative habits. Let's say you've been trying to cut down on unhealthy snacks. Indulging in a treat once may not seem like a big deal, but if you allow it to happen again, you risk falling into a pattern where it becomes harder to resist those temptations. By recognizing the power of consistency, we can stay on track. Instead of allowing ourselves to slip up repeatedly, we can strive to break the cycle early on. Each positive choice reinforces our momentum toward healthier behaviors, while each negative choice makes it harder to change course. Have a great week! Sarah

For many people throughout America today it is a record breaking snow day. Some of you have lost power and are just trying to stay warm. Due to this todays live Group Coaching Call will be cancelled. I will see you back here next Monday.
Take care and stay warm, Sarah I was on the phone with a wonderful, client this past week and I was making her talk about everything she wanted in life, in love, in business, all of the above. And I do mean it when I say "making her" talk about it. 😳
Coaches are good for that- making you have conversations you would normally avoid or runaway from. I could tell I was making her uncomfortable, admitting she wanted “things” and experiences and success. She was finally able to admit she wanted to make lots of money, travel and fall in love and more. She was crying really hard as we cleared those blocks and made room for her dreams to become reality. #goodtimes lol Why is it so hard to talk about what we truly want? Because on some level we feel we don’t deserve it. In the beginning when we name our desires and give ourselves permission to admit what we REALLY want something, so many shame-and-fear issues will come forward. Buried deep down inside most of us have a small (or not so small) voice saying we don’t deserve to have the life we secretly want. We are somehow not even allowed to talk about it, much less have it. But guess what? YOU CAN HAVE THE THINGS YOU WANT. Just as my client can have her dream life, so can you. You are “allowed” to have a full, happy life. An amazing life filled to the bring with adventure, love and success. If you need some support in making this happen or in releasing old, out dated beliefs surrounding worthiness I’m here to help. Why not book a (free) live call and let’s discuss it. You could be in a very different (and more desirable) spot this time next year. You could be living those dreams…. Speak soon, Sarah Attention!

Speak soon! Sarah No matter what business you are drawn to, you need to lay a foundation for success. I have complied three super quick tips to help you succeed:
1. Know what makes you unique. It doesn't matter if you are an author, healer, reader or social media maven, you need to stop trying to be different and connect with your purpose and your authentic self. When you stop following the herd you will stand out for all the right reasons and people will be drawn to you. 2. Create an online presence that reflects your brand. Look at any successful business and you will see it has a theme, message and offer. These businesses are not recycling other people posts and neither should you. Find your own voice and speak your truth to attract the clients and jobs right for you. 3. Think outside the book and generate income from other sources. If you are a yoga teacher, reader or service provider it doesn't take long to figure out that you cannot work enough hours in the day. Time to think outside the box and come up with innovative ways to draw in more revenue. Workshops, trainings, book-sales, merchandize and paid videos are all easy ways to drawn in more income. Need help with these? I'm here to support you! I hope you found these tips useful. If you want to discuss your unique business situation or would like to join the Sacred Business Group contact me today. Speak soon, Sarah If you are having a difficult time defining your financial business goals, I would suggest you work backwards. Once you have that BIG, ultimate goal its easier to break it into smaller, on point tasks. Begin with a money goal. It helps if that goal has a meaning beyond the dollar figure. For example, lets say that I want to buy a new car. The payment is around $400. Taking into account for things like taxes, insurance and perhaps a warranty, it could be more. So lets say we bump the goal up to $600. In other words, I need to add an extra $600 (or more, because more is always better) to my monthly bottom line. Once that is done and I am seeing that level of income on a regular, consistent basis, I’m ready to order my new car, yeah?
The next step is pretty simple, once I know how much money I have to make, I can start to think about different ways to bring it in. I could find more customers, or add to my existing products. Also I could create more products to sell. But I need to figure in price points and gross profits as well. For example, if I have a $10 eBook, I would have to make an extra 60 sales per month. From there I can work backwards. If I know that on average one out of 10 email subscribers buy the book within the first month of signing up. (We learned this from the data, remember? Click here to read about what data your business should be collecting.) I need to add 600 new subscribers to my list, which in turn takes 4,000 new visitors to my site. If that is my plan, I know that my daily to-do list needs to include plenty of action steps to ramp up my traffic by an extra 4,000 people per month. (Which is do-able, by the way.) But that is not my only option. I could also create another information product or eBook each month and sell it to both my existing and new subscribers. I could also create a higher priced item. If so, I would need to make a lot fewer monthly sales to reach my $600 goal. For example, if I create a nice $100 product, it would only take 6 sales per month to pay for the car. Since the car payment will be an ongoing thing, it also makes sense to look into recurring payments. This could be my own membership site, or I could look into affiliate offers with recurring commissions. I could also raise my prices on existing services and products to bring in extra cash each month. After I know my goal (extra $600 a month for a new car) and pick my approach; (adding products) it becomes a lot clearer. Now I have a concrete goal to work towards. Because I really want that new car, I’m going to be motivated to get it done and grow my business by that extra $600 per month. In fact, chances are great that I’ll overshoot the goal by several hundred dollars! #Win! Now, take this formula and apply it to your business. What financial goal are you shooting for? Once you understand how much extra you need, consult the data you are collecting to find the best approach to raise the money. It can honestly be that simple, once you understand this approach!
