Hello Lovely, Today I want to share with you a small, but powerful collection of affirmations for healthy eating and exercising I use regularly with clients. When working with affirmations, be sure to state your affirmations in the positive tense, as in "I take the time to prepare healthy dinners." Affirmations work best when you read them out loud every single day, either early in the morning or right before bed. You may also find it helpful to record them and listen to them as an audio recording throughout your day. Affirmations:
